This The Arches at Oakwood Shores Transformation Project Redevelopment Agreement (this "Agreement") is made as of this 1st day of October, 2005, by and between the City of Chicago, acting by and through its Department of Housing (“DOH”) and Granite Partners for Oakwood Boulevard, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company, its permitted successors and permitted assigns (the “Developer”).
