This ZDA Development Commitment is made and entered into this 08_ day of August 2022, by and between the CITY OF TWIN FALLS, State of Idaho, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called "City" and Gravitas Real Estate Holdings and/or any associated entities, successors, or assignees hereinafter called "Developer" for the purpose of annexation and development of a residential subdivision as a Zoned Development Agreement (ZDA) on property located at the NW corner of the intersection of Park Avenue and Blue Lakes Boulevard S. (N 3000 E) in Twin Falls, Twin Falls County, State of Idaho known as Park Avenue Subdivision.
