This Construction, Operations and Maintenance Agreement (this “Agreement”) is effective as of November 9, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Apache Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Service Provider”), on the one hand, and Altus Midstream Company (f/k/a Kayne Anderson Acquisition Corp.), a Delaware corporation (as “Owner”), on the other hand.
