This Agreement is entered into between (hereinafter referred to as "Tenant") and ("Tenant") and (hereinafter referred to as "Landlord"). Each Tenant is jointly and severally liable for the payment of rent and performance of all other terms of this Agreement. A judgment entered against one Tenant shall be no bar to an action against other Tenants.
