This agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between the Slovak Republic represented by the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic (the “Ministry”) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the “Bank” or “EBRD”) (hereinafter each referred to as a “Party” and jointly as the “Parties”) in respect of the Slovak – EBRD Green Technical Cooperation Account (the “Account”).
