GENERAL ENROLLMENT CONTRACT ACADEMIC YEAR 2018-2019General Enrollment Contract • April 9th, 2018
The undersigned (collectively, the "Parent"), each being the parent or legal guardian of ("Student"), hereby agree that in consideration of the enrollment of Student and the reservation of a place for Student in the grade and academic year specified above at Lawton Christian School ("LCS"), the undersigned agree to pay the full annual tuition amount along with all other applicable fees for re- enrollment/enrollment, morning care, extended care and all other fees.
