The Israel Electric Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter: "IEC") is interested in purchasing the goods/equipment and/or services, described below (hereinafter: the "Goods" and/or "Services"). The purchase will be conducted and concluded in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions and requirements, set forth in the tender/inquiry/request for proposals (hereinafter: the "RFP" or the "Purchasing Process") documents. You are hereby invited to submit a proposal for the supply of the Goods and/or Services.
