This statement of Terms of Use governs access to, or use of, any services of Global Empowerment Initiative (GEI Service) provided by BeepPay Systems and Technology Limited (the Company). Accordingly, this is an agreement between BeepPay Systems and Technology Limited and its relevant affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to herein as “the Company, GEI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and You (together with the Company, the “Parties” and each a “Party”).
