This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”), entered into this day of 2023, by and between the County of Humboldt, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “HUMBOLDT,” and the County of Mendocino, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “MENDOCINO,” is made upon the following considerations:
