This Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is executed this day of February, 2021, by and between Stephen C. Mills (referred to herein as “MILLS”), Bent Tree Pudelpointers & Pigeonry, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (referred to herein as “BTP&P”), GMHT Corporation, a Florida corporation (referred to herein as “GMHT”), and Central Florida Field Trailers, Inc. a Florida not for profit corporation (referred to herein as “CFFT”) (MILLS, BTP&P, GMHT, and CFFT are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” for ease of reference).
