In accordance with the certificate issued by the Ontario Labour Relations Board and dated March the Hospital the Service Employees’ Union, Local as the bargaining agent of all employees of Joseph’s General Hospital, Hallburton Hospital, Ontario, save and except professional medical staff, graduate and undergraduate nurses, paramedical personnel, office and clerical staff, supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, persons regularly employed for not more than (24) hours per week and students employed during the school vacation period.
