This SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT is entered into this 22 day of April 2015, by and between the State of Hawaii, Board of Education, and Department of Education, hereinafter referred to as the “EMPLOYER”, and the Hawaii State Teachers Association, hereinafter referred to as the “UNION”, collectively referred to as the “PARTIES”.
