This Alfresco Partner Agreement (the "Agreement") is between the Hyland entity (“Hyland”) and the Partner entity (“Partner”), each of whom have agreed to the terms of this Agreement in an Addendum, Order Form, or other Partner enrollment document. This Agreement relates to the business relationship between Hyland and Partner with respect to the Alfresco Products (defined below).
