Trust. This trust is specifically intended to dispose of my National Firearms Act (NFA) and non-NFA Firearms and this memorandum is limited to that trust. The trust agreement refers to the disposition at my death of certain items of tangible personal property in accordance with a memorandum signed by me. I do hereby make this memorandum for that purpose. Tangible personal property may only be transferred in accordance with law; firearms regulated by the NFA require BATFE approval prior to the transfer.
