THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is made by and between the Nasdaq Stockholm AB whose principal office is located at Tullvaktsvägen 15, SE-105 78 Stockholm, Sweden and the Subscriber, and each of the companies belonging to the Nasdaq Nordic, Ltd that provide any portion of the Service (as defined below) to Subscriber hereunder. Such subsidiaries may include, but are not limited to, Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S, Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd, Nasdaq Iceland h.f., Nasdaq Stockholm AB, Nasdaq Riga, Nasdaq Tallinn, Nasdaq Vilnius and each of their respective successors and assigns.
