This agreement covers the services required to; prepare plans, specifications (WSDOT most current edition with all updates), and provide a construction estimate to advertise for Contractor bid; provide Right-of-Way plans and all manners of property facilitation and acquisition necessary to legally construct the project, provide public outreach support to the AGENCY for guiding design and construction outcomes; provide support to the AGENCY in preparing all necessary environmental permits, including those required for property acquisition, to be approved by the responsible Agency; and assist with the bidding process to address contractor questions.
