This is a legal agreement between you (Client) and Bradley Hunter Carcoffe (BHK Images). This Agreement applies when Customer purchases or licenses photographic services or related images for quality assurance (Licensed Content) from BHK Images. By purchasing, downloading or using Licensed Content provided by BHK Images, Customer agrees to the terms described in this license agreement. License Types This Standard Commercial License allows customer to use Licensed Content in accordance with predefined guidelines as set out in the Use of Licensed Content section below. Depending on the intended use of Licensed Content or additional project costs, in some cases BHK Images may require compliance with the Advanced Commercial Photography Agreement (Extended Commercial License). Licensed Content Use This Standard License allows Customer to use Licensed Content free of charge without expiration, in any geographic region an unlimited number of times.
