This Advisor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of August 4, 2021, by and between Indoor Harvest Corp., a Texas corporation (the “Company”), and Dennis G. Forchic, who resides in [ ] (“Advisor”). The Company desires to retain Advisor as an independent contractor to serve as an advisor to perform certain advisory services for the Company, and Advisor is willing to perform such services, on terms set forth more fully below.
