Your session will be with the same counsellor, at the same time each week and will last for 50 minutes. At the commencement of your work, you will agree together how you will meet, either face-to-face or online. Telephone sessions or a mixture of face-to-face and online sessions will be offered in exceptional circumstances. If this is requested, it will be agreed to following a discussion between you and your counsellor. If your counsellor is planning on taking a break or is unavailable for any reason outside the times stipulated by Riverside as set breaks, they will inform you in advance. Where a counsellor is away or unable to attend a session, there is no charge. Please note that Riverside is closed for two weeks at Easter, two weeks at Christmas, and for most of August.
