This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is an agreement between You and ABB Oy registered at Strömbergintie 1 B, 00380 Helsinki, Finland, Business id 0763403-0 (“ABB”) for using the Services and/or the Software and not with any other party including any party from whom you download the Software. The terms and conditions contained in this Agreement apply to Your use of the Services and/or the Soft- ware, unless such use is subject to a separate agreement agreed between ABB and You in which case the separate agreement will govern such use of the Services and/or Software by You.
