This Web Hosting Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between Streitfeld Enterprises, a Corporation formed under the laws of the State of California with its principal office at 19075 Oceanport Lane #8, Huntington Beach, CA 92648 (“Streitfeld Enterprises, Inc.”) and the person (individual or legal person) who signs Streitfeld Enterprises, Inc.’s service order and set up form (the “Order”) Incorporating this Agreement by reference (“Customer”). This Agreement governs Customer’s use of Streitfeld Enterprises, Inc.’s Web hosting service.
