Agreed Devices means the Devices set out in Schedule 1, sub-section 1.3 to this Agreement. CSP means the Communications Service Provider. The service provider of Communications Service – the Smart Metering Wide Area Network – under contract to the DCC. The CSP is a DCC Service Provider. CSP Test Lab means the test lab of the Communications Service Provider. Registration Data Provider (RDP) (Registration Data Provider): Network operators charged under licence obligation with providing registration data to the DCC (Xoserve for gas registration data, the Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) and independent DNOs (iDNOs) for electricity registration data).
