IMPORTANT LEGAL AGREEMENT: Omron Healthcare, Inc. (“Omron”) grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the accompanying information, configuration and interface data, and other content, in either electronic or written form, (collectively, the “Information”) for the sole purpose of interoperability between your product and the Omron product to which the Information relates (the “Omron Product”). Your use of the Information is subject to your acceptance of these terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). If you do not want to be bound by this Agreement, make no use of the Information and destroy all copies in your possession. You shall have no right to use or possess the Omron Product, except to the extent you have separately purchased or licensed the product from Omron.
