Your use of the Cloud Service is governed by this Offer Description and the Cisco Universal Cloud Agreement located at www.cisco.com/go/uca (the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms used in this Offer Description not otherwise defined herein have the meaning given to them in the Agreement. This Offer Description controls in the event of a conflict with the Agreement.
