In consideration of the agreement herein, LESSOR does lease to the undersigned (hereafter referred to as the LESSEE, whether one or more) the vessel, equipment and towables described herein. LESSEE agrees said vessel will not be occupied by greater number of persons than shown below and indicated on the maximum capacity plate located on the vessel.
