The Parent(s) hereby indemnify and hold harmless The School, or any of its employees, and/or authorised agents, against all claims for personal injury or death of The Learner/s, as well as any claim in respect of loss or damage to property belonging to The Learner or the Parent/s, while such Learner/s or property is/are in the care of or on the premises or under the control of The School or whilst such Learner/s and/or Property are being conveyed to or from, or is/are present at any function or activity/ies organised or participated in by The School.
