WeWork General Procurement Terms (the “Agreement”) These Terms and Conditions set forth the only terms and conditions that shall apply to all purchases of goods and services (“Goods” and “Services”, respectively, or, collectively, “G&S”) by WeWork Canada LP ULC or the applicable affiliate of WeWork Canada LP ULC identified in the Order (as defined below) (collectively, “WeWork”) from the vendor identified in the relevant Order (“Vendor”) by means of a service order, statement of work, authorization letter, or other written communication or electronic transmission (each, an “Order”) issued by WeWork and delivered to Vendor for the purchase of Goods or Services as described in such Order. 1. Orders; Acceptance.
