This Independent Contractor Agreement is entered into on the date below, by and between, the undersigned individual (the “Instructor”), and Sunsational Swim School LLC (“Sunsational"). The Instructor hereby agrees to work as an independent contractor for Sunsational on an "as needed" basis. Independent contractors are not entitled to workers' compensation, benefits, or vacation pay.
