THIS AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 14th day of March 2023, by and between Board of Sumter County Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as "Board," or “County”), whose address is 7375 Powell Road, Wildwood, Florida 34785, and Advanced Roofing, Inc. dba Advanced Green Technologies (hereafter referred to as "Vendor"), whose address is 1950 NW 22nd Street, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33311.
