These Conditions shall apply to any contract for auction sales of tubulars and equipment conducted by RAM Auctions (a division RAM Tubulars Scotland Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, Company Registration Number SC156196) and every seller, bidder and purchaser by taking part in the sale acknowledges to have received and accepted these Conditions and to be bound by them.
