Credit Suisse High Yield Bond Fund (the “Fund”) has entered into an amended and restated sales agreement (the “sales agreement”) with JonesTrading Institutional Services LLC (“JonesTrading”) relating to its common shares of beneficial interest (“Common Shares”) offered by this Prospectus Supplement and the accompanying Prospectus. In accordance with the terms of the sales agreement, the Fund may offer and sell up to 18,000,000 of its Common Shares, par value $0.001 per share, from time to time through JonesTrading as its agent for the offer and sale of the Common Shares, subject to an aggregate cap under the Fund’s shelf registration statement (the “Shelf”) of $67,915,137, which amount reflects the issuance of $25,863,264 of proceeds from the issuance of Common Shares under the Shelf as of March 31, 2015.
