It is the responsibility of renter/s to transport tent/s to event and return to the Kelsey Centre. Arrangements for pick up and return times to be made with the Kelsey Centre or Village Office staff prior to rental. The Tent/s is/are to be returned in same condition as picked up. The Tent/s is/are to be inspected by Kelsey Centre staff upon return. Any damage or losses will be paid for from damage deposit and if excess costs occur, will be the responsibility of renter. All fees are to be paid in advance.
