This Interconnection Agreement under Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, is effective as of the 23rd day of October, 1996 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Bell Atlantic-Pennsylvania, Inc. (“BA”), a Pennsylvania corporation with offices at 1717 Arch Street, 32nd Floor, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19103, and C-TEC Services, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation with offices at 105 Carnegie Center, Princeton, New Jersey 08540, acting as an agent on behalf of its affiliates Commonwealth Long Distance, Inc. (“CLD”) and Residential Communications Network, Inc. (“RCN”). CLD and RCN may be referred to herein collectively and individually as “Commonwealth”.
