This Inter Local Agreement (“Agreement” or “ILA”) is made and entered into by and between the Dallas College (“Dallas College” or “College”), a Texas political subdivision of higher education, and Dallas Independent School District (“School District”), a Texas school district, on behalf of Lincoln Business Technology Early College High School (“High School”). The High School and College may hereafter be individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
