This Business Associate Agreement (“Agreement”) is in connection with your use of Janssen CarePath and is agreed between you (“Client”) and International Business Machines Corporation (“IBM”). Janssen CarePath is operated by Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (“Janssen”). Janssen has contracted the management of Janssen CarePath, including any Protected Health Information (as defined below), that may be hosted on the Platform, to IBM. IBM and Client may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
