AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of June, 2009, by and between SOUTH HADLEY LANDFILL, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Delaware (“SHL”) and THE TOWN OF SOUTH HADLEY, MASSACHUSETTS, a body politic and corporate existing as a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, acting by and through its Selectboard (the “Town”).
