BE IT RESOLVED by the Franklin Lakes Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”) that the terms, stipulations and conditions as established in the Attached Grievance Settlement Agreement between the Board and Franklin Lakes Education Association, which is annexed to this Resolution, are hereby approved by the Board. The Board President and Board Secretary/Business Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to execute the Settlement Agreement, and any other documents necessary to effectuate the settlement.
