immediate or time-consuming response by DEQ. Should a delay occur due to such circumstances, any resulting failure by DEQ to meet the timelines set forth in Agreement shall not constitute a failure to comply with the terms ofthis Agreement. If an event of Force Majeure occurs, the parties will meet and make a good faith effort to renegotiate the timelines set forth in this Agreement.
