Aviation Fuel Supply Agreement -hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”- Between: “Business - Jet Fuel” LLP represented by Director Mr. Kusayev Abdul acting on the charter basis, with head office at the address:050039, Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty city, Zakarpatskaya str., 51, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” and ______________________ represented by _______________(here in after referred to as “Buyer”) having its principal office at___________________ Seller and Buyer are referred to as the “Parties” With effect from Contract Period Scope Subject to and in accordance with the conditions set forth in the IATA Model Terms and Conditions for Aviation Fuel Supply, version 5, dated January 2017, (here in after: "the General Terms and Conditions"), which are incorporated herein by reference and attached hereto in Annex 1, Seller agrees to sell and deliver or cause to be sold and delivered and Buyer agree so purchase, receive and pay for the Fuel for consumption
