In consideration of the mutual covenants, promises, and agreements contained herein, this INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT ("this Agreement") is made and entered into between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, ("City") acting by and through Valerie R. Washington, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and the WHITE SETTLEMENT INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as ("WSISD") acting by and through Frank Molinar, its duly authorized Superintendent.
