This is an agreement between (“Team Leader”), representing the film team known as (“Team”) with (Creator ID), and IFP, with respect to Team Leader’s and Team’s involvement in IFP 2024 creation of a short film or video (the “Film”) pursuant to the terms below. Team Leader hereby agrees on behalf of him/herself and Team to take part in IFP 2023 (“Project”), being produced by IFP and scheduled to take place from August 30 to September 01, 2024.
