THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the Department of Social and Health Services, Children’s Administration, hereinafter referred to as “CA", and the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction, hereinafter referred to as "OSPI," pursuant to authority granted in Chapter 39.34 of the Revised Code of Washington and under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) 20
