Some of the provisions will for this reason deviate from the norm for a longer lease. One such deviation is that there is no maintenance obligation for the lessee. The lessor is responsible for all maintenance, but is not required to perform internal maintenance during the lease term. The rent is fixed, and joint costs are included in the rent.
