Cloudwick Customer Data Processing AddendumNovember 4th, 2020
This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA"), forms part of, and is subject to, the Master SaaS Agreement or other written or electronic terms of service or subscription agreement between Cloudwick and Customer for Customer’s purchase of Services from Cloudwick that references this DPA (the “Agreement”). By signing the Agreement, the parties enter into this DPA on behalf of themselves and, to the extent required under applicable Data Protection Laws, in the name and on behalf of their Affiliates authorized to provide or receive (as applicable) the Services, and this DPA shall be effective on the effective date of the Agreement ("Effective Date").
