("EFFECTIVE DATE" and other capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined in this Land Lease are intended to have the meanings assigned to them in the Common Definitions and Provisions Agreement (Phase V - Land) executed by BNPLC and NAI contemporaneously with this Land Lease. By this reference, the Common Definitions and Provisions Agreement (Phase V - Land) is incorporated into and made a part of this Land Lease for all purposes.)
