(the “Company”) and Melody Harris (the “Executive”) and is effective as of April 29, 2024 (the “Effective Date”). Capitalized terms not defined in this Amendment have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Employment Agreement by and between the Company and the Executive, dated as of November 14, 2022 (the “Employment Agreement”), as amended in the Amendment to Employment Agreement dated as of May 12, 2023, which shall be now referred to as the First Amendment (the “First Amendment”).
