I, (print name), age , desire to participate voluntarily in the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (“UWM”) marathon training program (hereinafter “Training Activities”), in preparation for the Sunday, October 1, 2017 Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon (the “Marathon”). I understand that the Marathon itself is not sponsored or organized by UWM and that I am responsible for paying standard entry rates and following the registration requirements and other rules of the Marathon.
