This agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this 18th day of June, 2021 by and between the common interest community association known as Inspiration Community Association, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation (the "Association"), which is established in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, for the Property known as Inspiration located in the City of Bayport County of Washington, and legally described in the Declaration of Inspiration Community Association, a copy of which has been furnished to Agent, and Omega Management, Inc., a Minnesota corporation d/b/a Omega Property Management (the "Agent"), a real estate company duly licensed with the State of Minnesota (License No. 78346).
