NON-CIRCUMVENTION, NON-DISCLOSURE, AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENTTHIS AGREEMENT, which entered on this day 20- for the merger and location of Non-Circumvention, for the merger and location of The Ne-Bypass, Non-Disclosure, and Privacy between E and E., are later called Parties. Following the implementation of the Agreement, the Parties agree to respect the integrity and tangible value of this Agreement between them. Term agreement, automatic renewal or winding down. This Agreement has been in effect for at least five (5) years since the implementation of this Agreement, and for two (2) years after the exchange of information or completion of each transaction, depending on what happens later in time, with an additional two (2) years of automatic renewal/rollover upon completion or closing of each information exchange or transaction, and then at the end of any extension/rollover period, without the need for any notice or recommendation, unless they have agreed in writing to be terminated
