THE SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER PROGRAM (the “IGA”) is made this 1st day of July 2024, by and between the Thompson School District R2-J, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado (the “District” or “School District”), and the City of Loveland, a municipal corporation (the “City of Loveland”), on behalf of the Loveland Police Department (“LPD”) (collectively, the District, City and LPD are referred to as the “Parties” and individually, as a “Party”).
